At Reyparadise, our name carries a special meaning. It beautifully reflects our son Reyansh, whose name means “the first ray of sunlight.”

Hello! I’m Mahi Gajwani, a passionate homemaker and entrepreneur. I am the founder of Reyparadise, and my husband is my co-founder, which makes us a great team. He takes care of formulating our soap recipes while I focus on marketing.

The idea for our business began during the second wave of COVID, after I attended a wedding in Goa. At that time, I was dealing with some mild skin issues. While I could have easily popped some medicines for my skin problems, I decided not to take the shortcut. Instead, we thought about finding the root cause of the problem. I ditched the harmful, chemical-laden soaps and opted for making cold-processed soaps.

I have always wanted to work with essential oils, so I eventually found myself making cold-processed soaps with an artistic touch. Drumroll, please! Neither my husband nor I had any experience in soap making, but we learned, unlearned, tried, and failed.

Today, we are successfully running our soap business. We have delivered over 800 national orders and 9–10 international orders! What started in my small kitchen has now grown bigger and bigger, reaching customers across the country and even beyond borders, and each order reflects the love and care we put into every bar of soap.

Reyparadise has grown into a handmade soap brand filled with customers who are nature lovers and respect Mother Earth.

Much like the sun rising in the sky and shining brightly, our journey has been similarly uplifting. As a couple and as a team, we've taken our homegrown brand to new heights. 

What began with just cold-processed soaps and bath salts has now expanded to include my DIY school recipes for ubtans and hair tonics. We’ve also introduced natural face masks, Kumkumadi oils, rosemary essential oils, and melt-and-pour soaps to our product line for inclusion in festive hampers.

In our three-year journey, we have fulfilled white-labeling requests from other soap businesses and completed bulk orders for wedding favors and birthday return gifts. What’s more interesting is that our bath salts and soaps have been gifted by holistic coaches to their guests, who have enjoyed them amidst the serene beauty of nature.
